RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Supports Nationwide Implementation of Uniform Civil Code

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has endorsed the nationwide implementation of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), citing the model adopted by Uttarakhand as a positive example. Speaking at an event marking the RSS's 100th anniversary, he described the UCC as essential for unifying society. Uttarakhand became the first state to implement the UCC on January 27 last year, following extensive public consultation involving around 3 lakh people.
