The Pune Regional Transport Office (RTO) will increase its daily driving licence test appointment quota to 500 starting January 5, 2026, to reduce waiting times. The Kasarwadi IDTR will test four-wheelers and other vehicles, while the Phulenagar office will handle two-wheelers. Daily appointments will be available from 6 am to 4 pm. Additionally, 25 special slots are reserved daily for applicants with expiring learner's licences. This move aims to streamline the process and improve convenience for applicants.
