British tech campaigner Imran Ahmed, head of the Center for Countering Digital Hate, has sued the Trump administration after being denied a US visa, which he holds permanent residency for. The State Department accused Ahmed and four other Europeans of attempting to coerce US social media platforms into censoring viewpoints. Ahmed calls the move unconstitutional and an attempt to expel him from his home, where his wife and daughter are citizens. A temporary restraining order was granted, barring his arrest or detention pending a hearing.
