UP CM Highlights Growth in Medical Colleges and Healthcare Initiatives

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath highlighted the state's healthcare expansion, noting an increase from 17 to 81 medical colleges since 2017. He emphasized healthcare as a fundamental right and credited the BJP-led central and state governments for accelerating development, including issuing over 5.6 crore health insurance golden cards under Ayushman Bharat. Yogi contrasted current progress with past governance, stating the state moved from a 'One District, One Mafia' system to 'One District, One Medical College.' He also mentioned a Rs 1,300 crore relief fund for medical assistance and attended a closed-door RSS meeting discussing election strategies.
