Union Minister Jitendra Singh Lays Foundation for cGMP Facility at BRIC-RGCB

Union Minister Jitendra Singh laid the foundation stone for a cGMP facility at the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Centre-Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (BRIC-RGCB) in Thiruvananthapuram during the National Science Day programme. He highlighted opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations in nuclear medicine research following government liberalisation, noted India's BioE3 biotechnology policy, and referenced the Biopharma SHAKTI Mission as part of efforts to promote a bio-driven economy. Singh also acknowledged BRIC-RGCB's achievements in molecular biology and related fields.
