
The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) plans to enhance interstate connectivity by introducing 50 air-conditioned, eco-friendly buses across 17 routes, including new services to religious destinations like Katra, Khatu Shyam, and Ayodhya. Existing electric bus operations cover routes to neighboring states such as Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. The government is also exploring a Memorandum of Understanding to establish bus services between Delhi and Bihar, aiming to improve travel options for the large Poorvanchali community in the capital.
