Sharad Pawar, 85, Nationalist Congress Party chief and Rajya Sabha member, was discharged from Pune's Ruby Hall Clinic on February 25 after treatment for mild dehydration. Doctors, including chief cardiologist Dr. Purvez Grant, reported his health as stable and advised rest for a few days before resuming normal activities. Pawar was previously hospitalized at the same facility from February 9 to 14 for a chest infection, which was successfully treated. Follow-up care and precautions due to age-related immunity decline were recommended.
