A Delhi-based man, Nisheeth Kohli, has been booked by the CBI for allegedly misusing the names of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Principal Secretary, P.K. Mishra. Kohli sent emails to Indian defense and space agencies, including ISRO and HAL, as well as the Pentagon, claiming he had the Prime Minister's backing to develop an indigenous military jet engine. The investigation began after the PMO filed a complaint about the misuse of names for professional purposes.
