Punjab Governor Inspects Gaushalas, Calls for Transparency and Facility Maintenance

Punjab Governor and UT Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria inspected gaushalas and the incinerator facility at Raipur Kalan, reviewing cattle welfare, cleanliness, and infrastructure. He directed the municipal corporation to prominently display manpower deployment details and duty rosters to enhance transparency and monitoring. Kataria emphasized ensuring proper living conditions, feeding, hydration, and strict CCTV surveillance. He also instructed prompt repair of the temporarily non-functional incinerator for scientific disposal of animal carcasses and called for regular inspections and maintenance.
