The Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister's office has raised security concerns over the absence of a bulletproof vehicle and jammer in his motorcade during a March 15 visit to the border area of Nowshera. Despite prior requests, a bullet-resistant Fortuner was not provided, and the jammer vehicle has been unavailable for nearly six months due to repairs. Security officials stated that jammer allocation depends on availability and threat assessments among multiple VVIPs in the region.
