The Congress party has appointed Sandeep Dikshit as the chairperson of its 'Rachnatmak Congress' platform, formerly known as the 'Outreach Cell'. This platform aims to engage with civil society, experts, and academicians on policy matters and social concerns. The appointment, approved by party president Mallikarjun Kharge, is effective immediately. Additionally, Rahul Pandey was appointed chief organiser of the West Bengal Pradesh Congress Seva Dal.
