
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a supplementary chargesheet against five individuals for their alleged involvement in procuring explosives for the banned CPI (Maoist) outfit in Chhattisgarh. The accused are accused of possessing materials intended for use by the People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) to create improvised explosive devices (IEDs) against security forces. The case originated from a state police investigation in September 2024, with the NIA taking over in December 2024.
