Pakistan's Army Chief General Asim Munir issued a warning of a "firm and decisive" response to any violation of Pakistan's territorial integrity, without directly naming India. He also accused "India-backed groups" of fueling unrest in Balochistan. In response, Punjab's DGP Gaurav Yadav accused Pakistan's ISI of sponsoring instability in India by sending weapons via drones and orchestrating attacks to portray Punjab as disturbed.
