The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) and Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC) have extended their property tax collection hours, keeping offices open on weekends and public holidays until the end of March to facilitate payments before the financial year closes. Both civic bodies offer online payment options, with PMC providing a 2% rebate for online payments. Special holiday openings include Gudi Padwa and Ram Navami, aiming to ease tax recovery and encourage timely payments under respective amnesty and rebate schemes.
