The 77th Republic Day parade will take place on January 26 along Kartavya Path, featuring military displays and cultural performances, including a special animal contingent. The Beating Retreat ceremony, marking the conclusion of the festivities, is scheduled for January 29 at Vijay Chowk near Rashtrapati Bhavan. Banks and most post offices will be closed on Republic Day, while police and civic services will manage safety and traffic.
