
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for eight National Highway projects in Madhya Pradesh's Vidisha district, totaling Rs 4,400 crore and spanning 181 km to enhance Bundelkhand's connectivity. The projects include four-lane widenings, bypasses, and three modern driving training centres in Vidisha and Sagar. Gadkari also announced Rs 1,600 crore from the Central Road Fund for the state, with Rs 400 crore allocated for Vidisha Lok Sabha constituency, and highlighted plans for further infrastructure development.
