Arunachal Pradesh to Start House Listing Operations for Census 2027 on April 16

Arunachal Pradesh will begin the house listing operations (HLO) for Census 2027 on April 16. The initial phase includes a digital self-enumeration from April 16 to 30, allowing residents to submit household data online. From May 1 to 30, trained enumerators will visit homes to collect detailed information on buildings, households, and basic amenities. Officials emphasize that the Census data will aid in planning development programs and assure confidentiality of personal information.
