Maharashtra Urban Development Minister Madhuri Misal has raised concerns over the Pune Municipal Corporation's (PMC) withdrawal of a proposal allocating Rs 32.83 crore for civic works in her Parvati Assembly constituency. The proposal, initially approved by the PMC standing committee, was withdrawn on February 18, 2026, without prior discussion with Misal. She described the withdrawal as illegal and damaging to her image, requesting a factual report and clarification on the technical and administrative reasons cited by PMC officials.
