Jan Suraaj Party Challenges Bihar Election Results in Supreme Court, Plea Dismissed

The Supreme Court declined to entertain the plea, directing Jan Suraaj to approach the Patna High Court, noting the party's electoral defeat and emphasizing judicial limits in overturning election outcomes.
