Delhi Court Orders Charges Against Former AAP MLA Nitin Tyagi in 2019 Harassment Case

A Delhi court has ordered framing of charges against former Aam Aadmi Party MLA Nitin Tyagi for allegedly harassing workers of a private construction company in 2019. Tyagi and his associates are accused of manhandling workers involved in the restoration of Yamuna flood plains on November 29, 2019. Charges include mischief, voluntarily causing hurt, and obstructing a public servant, while offences related to assaulting public servants were dismissed by the court.
