Kerala CM Criticizes Telangana Government Over Demolition in Khammam District

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan criticized the Congress-led Telangana government for demolishing around 700 houses in Velugumatla village, Khammam district, on February 25, rendering nearly 3,000 people homeless. The demolished homes were reportedly built on land allotted during the Bhoodan movement. Vijayan compared this action to similar demolitions in Karnataka and called on the Kerala Congress leadership to respond, highlighting concerns over property rights and rehabilitation efforts.
