West Bengal Government Transfers Senior IPS Officers Including Cyber Cell ADG Appointment

The West Bengal government has transferred several senior IPS officers, including Ashok Kumar Prasad, who will become the new ADG of the Cyber Cell, replacing his previous role as ADG IGP, Western Zone. Vishal Garg will take over as ADG IGP, Western Zone. Other transfers include Rajesh Kumar Yadav moving from IGP, North Bengal Region to IGP, Bankura Range, with Sheesh Ram Jhajharia replacing him. Several DIG-level officers were also reshuffled across various ranges and departments, including changes in Howrah Police and State Armed Police battalions.
