India and Pakistan exchanged lists of prisoners and fishermen in their custody on Thursday, as per the 2008 Consular Access Agreement. India shared details of 391 Pakistani civil prisoners and 33 fishermen, while Pakistan provided information on 58 Indian civil prisoners and 199 fishermen. India urged Pakistan to release 167 Indian fishermen and prisoners who have completed their sentences and grant consular access to others. Both nations committed to ensuring the safety and welfare of those in their custody.
