Flying Squads Seize Election Materials and Unaccounted Cash in Tamil Nadu Districts

Ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, flying squad officials seized various election-related materials and unaccounted cash in multiple districts. In Namakkal, utensils with Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) stickers worth ₹31,160 were confiscated, with a case registered against a TVK youth wing secretary. In Tirunelveli, ₹1.27 lakh was seized during a vehicle check. In Thoothukudi, 350 whistles, 1,000 yellow bags bearing TVK's name, and ₹5.81 lakh in unaccounted cash were also seized. Investigations are ongoing in all cases.
