PDP MLA Waheed Para accused the Jammu and Kashmir government, led by CM Omar Abdullah, of having "zero intent" to resolve the reservation issue. Para stated the existing quota policy is an "existential issue" for the youth and criticized the delay in making a reservation report public. He highlighted that a year after a committee was formed, students are planning to renew their sit-in, demanding transparency and public access to the report.
