Calcutta High Court Hears ED-I-PAC Raid Petitions, Disposes TMC Plea Amid Supreme Court Case

The Calcutta High Court heard petitions related to the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) raids on I-PAC. The Trinamool Congress (TMC) sought protection of its data, while the ED requested an adjournment, citing a pending Supreme Court petition. The ED stated nothing was seized from I-PAC premises, leading the High Court to dispose of the TMC's plea. The ED also accused West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of taking away documents.
