Jadavpur University has formed a three-member fact-finding committee to investigate an incident where a third-year English student alleged she was asked to partially remove her hijab by an invigilator during an examination on December 23. The student also reported being asked irrelevant questions about her hijab. The committee, tasked with submitting a report within 30 days, includes members from Jadavpur University and Burdwan University.
