Events included the release of a booklet and e-book, and discussions on Vajpayee's contributions to Indian politics, governance, and poetry. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also slated to inaugurate the Rashtra Prerna Sthal, a national memorial dedicated to Vajpayee and other leaders, aimed at inspiring national service and public motivation.
