Following a shirtless protest by Indian Youth Congress (IYC) workers at the AI Impact Summit in New Delhi, Delhi Police arrested several activists, including three from Rohru, Himachal Pradesh. The Himachal Pradesh Police intervened, detaining about 20 Delhi officers for allegedly making unauthorized arrests without informing local authorities. The detained activists were released and produced in Shimla court. Himachal Chief Minister Sukhu condemned the police raid on Himachal Sadan and supported the youth's right to protest, while BJP leaders criticized the demonstration as damaging to India's image.
