
The Chhattisgarh Cabinet, led by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, approved a 90-year lease of nearly 40 acres in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar to Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal for establishing an NMIMS campus, ranked 52nd in the 2025 NIRF University Rankings. The government also sanctioned a Memorandum of Understanding with Software Technology Parks of India to set up four entrepreneurship centres focusing on IT, AI, MedTech, Smart City, and Smart Agriculture startups. Additionally, the Cabinet approved the state excise policy for 2026-27 and plans to enhance public healthcare diagnostics.
