Andhra Pradesh Leaders Highlight Women Entrepreneurs' Role in Economic Empowerment

On International Women's Day, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the role of women entrepreneurs in driving economic empowerment, noting the state has surpassed its target with over 1.1 lakh women-led MSMEs. He highlighted women's leadership in politics and governance, including 33% legislative reservation plans. Ministers also stressed women's social, financial, and political empowerment through government schemes and welfare programs, reflecting ongoing efforts to enhance women's participation across sectors in the state.
