Shiv Sena (UBT) Functionary's Car Attacked in Akola; Police Investigate

In Akola, Maharashtra, Shiv Sena (UBT) city chief Rahul Karade reported that unidentified individuals attacked his car with a sword and iron rods while he was returning home. Karade alleged the attackers intended to kill him and filed a complaint at the Civil Lines police station. Police have registered a case and are investigating, including reviewing CCTV footage. Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Nitin Deshmukh condemned the attack and called for the immediate arrest of those responsible.
