Suraj highlighted the diaspora's role as cultural ambassadors promoting Odisha's art, literature, and heritage globally. The event featured exhibitions of traditional cuisine, handloom, and handicrafts, and recognized distinguished Odia writers. The minister also acknowledged the contributions of Odia women in preserving cultural values and emphasized diaspora participation in achieving the Viksit Odisha-2036 vision.
