Traffic congestion affected central and south Delhi during the three-day Bar Council of Delhi elections held at the Delhi High Court from February 21 to 23. Road closures, including Sher Shah Road and areas around India Gate, led to heavy snarls and illegal multi-lane parking, causing bottlenecks on alternate routes. Authorities issued advisories and deployed additional traffic police, towing vehicles and enforcing no-parking rules to manage the disruptions, which persisted throughout the election days.
