They argue the circular arrived too late, after many Maratha aspirants, who applied under the general category due to portal limitations, missed eligibility. The relaxation, announced December 26, allows candidates scoring 55-60 with an NCL certificate to be eligible, but many Marathas who scored in this range previously were excluded.
