AIMIM Invites Candidates for Telangana Municipal Elections with Application Fee

The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) has opened applications for candidates seeking to contest the upcoming Telangana municipal elections, requiring a non-refundable fee of Rs 3,000. Applicants must submit forms by January 20 through district presidents, who will forward them to the party headquarters in Hyderabad. Final candidate selections will be made by AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi. The elections, expected in mid-February, will cover 3,000 wards across 117 municipalities and six municipal corporations, including the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
