
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann inaugurated a 50-bedded sub-divisional hospital and a 30-bedded maternal and child health block in Dhuri, Sangrur, constructed at a cost of Rs 21.65 crore. The facility, spanning approximately 73,000 square feet, aims to serve Dhuri city and around 70 nearby villages by enhancing secondary healthcare with outpatient, inpatient, emergency, diagnostic, and specialized services. It includes modern operation theatres, diagnostic labs, and specialist care, particularly for maternal and child health.
