Three Maoists surrendered to Bihar Police in Munger district on Sunday. Among them were two zonal commanders, Narayn Koda and Bahadur Koda, each with a bounty of Rs 3 lakh on their heads, totaling a collective reward of Rs 6 lakh. The third individual was identified as Vinod alias Bino Koda. The surrender was announced by the Bihar DGP.
