Vijayawada MP Kesineni Sivanath announced plans to establish a Skill Development Centre at KBN College within three months to boost employability for students from lower and middle-income families. Speaking at an alumni meet celebrating the college's 60th anniversary, he urged former students to contribute to the institution and city's growth. The MP highlighted the college's legacy of producing successful professionals and acknowledged alumni achievements, including contributions to the Chandrayaan mission. Distinguished alumni and retired faculty were also felicitated.
