Ravi Kishan Proposes Pension and Housing Support for Television Actors in Parliament

Actor Ravi Kishan, during the trailer launch of the film 'Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain,' highlighted the lack of recognition and financial security for television actors compared to other industries. Citing Smriti Irani's rise from TV to a Cabinet minister, he noted many TV actors have achieved national awards and political positions. Kishan has introduced a private member's bill in parliament proposing a pension scheme, land, and housing support for financially unstable television actors, especially those with minor roles, which is pending debate.
