Security Forces Bust Jaish-e-Mohammad Hideout at High Altitude in Jammu Region

Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district uncovered an underground Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist hideout at 12,000 feet altitude in Singhpura, equipped with food, cooking gas, and supplies indicating prolonged use. The operation, part of ongoing efforts including 'Operation Trashi-I,' followed intelligence inputs and involved the Army, police, and paramilitary forces using drones and sniffer dogs. One soldier was killed and several injured during recent encounters. Authorities continue to secure the area amid heightened vigilance ahead of Republic Day.
