Prime Minister Narendra Modi has completed 99 overseas trips during his tenure, with total spending reaching approximately ₹815 crore. The year 2025 was the most expensive for foreign travel, including a February visit to France for the AI Action Summit costing ₹25.6 crore and a seven-day, five-nation tour in July covering Ghana, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Brazil, and Namibia costing ₹38.1 crore. Modi's trips have included multiple extended visits lasting eight to nine days.
