The Haryana government has issued new posting orders for two Indian Police Service (IPS) and six Haryana Police Service (HPS) officers. IPS officer Ganga Ram Punia will serve as Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, while Narender Bijarniya is the new SP for Karnal. Bijarniya's previous transfer from Rohtak SP was amid allegations of caste-based discrimination and harassment, noted in a final note by IPS officer Y Puran Kumar.
