Andhra Pradesh CM Reviews Family Benefit Management System Progress, Targets April Completion

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu reviewed the Family Benefit Management System (FBMS), directing officials to develop a comprehensive family database with 26 key attributes, including identity details, education, occupation, and property information. Data from multiple departments like DISCOMs, Panchayati Raj, and CBDT will be integrated. Officials reported 82% data consolidation, aiming for 90% completion by April 30. The initiative seeks to issue a Family Card to every household to improve welfare delivery and governance.
