Tibet Support Groups Affirm 14th Dalai Lama's Exclusive Reincarnation Authority

At the Special International Tibet Support Groups Conference in Dharamshala, participants unanimously endorsed the 14th Dalai Lama's exclusive authority to determine his reincarnation, as affirmed in his July 2, 2025 statement.
