Rahul Gandhi Lays Foundation Stone for Houses for Wayanad Landslide Victims

Rahul Gandhi laid the foundation stone for 100 houses constructed by the Congress party for victims of the 2024 Wayanad landslides at Meppadi. The project aims to support families excluded from government aid, with houses designed around 1,100 sq ft. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra highlighted the victims' resilience and the party's efforts to raise their concerns in Parliament. Financial assistance was also provided to 40 shop owners affected by the disaster. Both leaders emphasized solidarity and ongoing support for the survivors.
