Samajwadi Party Marks Kanshi Ram's Birth Anniversary as PDA Day Amid BSP Criticism

However, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader Mayawati criticized the move as a political drama, expressing concerns over the timing and intent. SP leaders defended the observance as a step toward structural inclusion and social empowerment.
