Tamil Nadu CM Stalin Inaugurates Senior Citizens' Home and Mudhalvar Padaippagam Centres

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated a senior citizens' home at Kolathur, Chennai, built by the Arulmigu Devi Baliamman and Ilankaliamman Temple at a cost of ₹11.88 crore. The 25,500 sq ft facility accommodates 75 elderly residents and offers amenities including physiotherapy. Stalin also inaugurated multiple Mudhalvar Padaippagam centres—coworking and learning spaces—constructed by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority and Greater Chennai Corporation as part of state initiatives.
