Russia Reports Interception of Ukrainian Drones Over Central and Southern Regions

On March 8, Russia's Defence Ministry reported intercepting between 170 and 234 Ukrainian drones over central and southern Russia within periods ranging from four to nine hours. Several drones targeted Moscow, with two to six reportedly downed near the capital. No damage or casualties were confirmed by the Defence Ministry, though the Bryansk region governor reported one farm worker injured near the Ukrainian border.
