Taiwan's Air Force scrambled fighter jets on Tuesday as China conducted a second day of large-scale military drills around the island. The People's Liberation Army's Eastern Theater Command deployed destroyers, frigates, fighters, and bombers, conducting live-fire exercises to demonstrate its ability to blockade and deter external support for Taiwan. These drills, part of what China calls "Justice Mission 2025," have increased regional tensions and led to the establishment of temporary "dangerous zones" affecting air travel.
